Music Video Television is Getting Worse

Monday, October 31st, 2005

I couldn't sleep today, so i turned on the television and to my surprise MTV was playing music videos. Im not going to rant about how MTV doesn't play music videos anymore. Because music videos don't make money anymore. And i understand this. But i guess at 6 o clock in the morning thats when there viewer-ship must be its lowest. Only because thats when they play music videos and not Laguna Beach.

The Miami Herald has reported that MTV's viewer-ship has been declining. But they only report that its because of other reasons like the olympics and other freak occurrences.

At six o clock in the morning though, MTV's demographic isn't the 12-24 year olds, but probably the 19 years and older. There usual demographic is at school and they can show music videos. Even though they only play two music videos and then there usual amount of commercials. Which was extremely annoying, but again i go back to, there viewer-ship in the morning is probably very low. So they can do almost whatever they want at this time.

I did see the new kelly clarkson and a lot of bands i have never heard of. Green Days "Wake Me Up When September Ends" Video was the best video i have seen. The worst video was Kanye West's "Gold Digger." Update: While i was dotting the i's to this, Frankie J's, "More Than Words" came on. Winner, worst video.

Who watches music videos on MTV anyways, go look at these great sources for music videos: Mvspot.com, Videohtmlcodes.com, Musicvideocodes.info.

Here is a tutorial on how to download music videos from yahoo to your computer for later viewing: Uneasysilence.com.

I got Boogers

Thursday, October 27th, 2005

Around this time of year i always get a lot of boogers. I was trying to find out a reason as to why i got so many boogers right now. Just this morning i pulled out two huge boogers and i am still working on the smaller boogers right now. So i tried to do a little research as to why i get boogers, so i searched google. And i didn’t find anything of importance in there except for this article on kidshealth.org. Which says:

If you have to get rid of boogers, your best bet is to blow ‘em out of your nose and into a tissue. Picking your nose isn’t a great idea because boogers contain lots of dirt and germs and because poking around in your nose can make it bleed.

So now i gotta blow them out and stop picking them. Its bad etiquette to pick them anyways, so im not going to pick them i am going to blow them out from now on. But i will still be on the lookout for more research on why i got so many boogers right now.

Will the internet kill magazines?

Tuesday, October 25th, 2005

I read a macworld today, probably the first macworld i have read in 3 years. I dispised it so much, well i don’t think i ever liked macworld. For most of my life i have been on the internet. I found out all about the new macintosh, or a new program on the internet. The reviews in macworld are so old, computers news happens the second it gets found out. It gets posted on the internet somewhere and people spread the news. The next day its old news, the next month your saying wow i knew about this years ago.

I guess computer magazines are for people who don’t go on the internet. Who like to pay for there information. The best way to get information on the apple computer right now is to just go to Digg / Apple. You will get articles about stuff that you didn’t even want to know about the mac. And then if you want up to the date apple news digg for them at Digg / Digg for Apple stories. Now i just saved you some money how about you submit those four bucks to my campaign?

Best of LAWEEKLY.com

I don’t read the LA Weekly that often. But this week i read a few of the pages just so i could get a sense of arnold and what the goings ons are with him. Voting is coming around soon, so i would like to point you to what laweekly endorses. And this article about arnolds proposed abortion proposition.

The Weekly also has an interview with my favorite b actor of all time, Danny Trejo. You might not know his name, but for sure you know his tattoo on his chest, which he got in prison (San Quentin). His most memorable and best role had to be when he was in Heat.

I don’t shop at the Supreme store in LA, but i love its insides. If you haven’t seen it, its art on its own. The weekly has an piece about the Supreme store in LA. They don’t have that much stuff in the store, because what they carry is the best. Theres no need to have such a selection, just tell me what to buy and i will buy it. I couldn’t find there website, so whatever. The art that i keep talking about is the above ground bowl that they have in the store. If there are skaters skating on it, you can see them on the tv moniters inside and outside. Its a sight to be seen.

Fashion week in LA has come and gone but did you know there is some rules that you should know. There is always hidden rules that are never written down or said. You just have to learn them on your own, or get scolded or beaten if you don’t follow the rules. Depending on where you go. Here are some basic fashion rules, that you should follow. I don’t care about the fashion, i just want to see some sexy.
