I am taking part of TV Turn of week. Starting yesterday i will not watch any television. This means anything Tivo’d and i am going to take it a step further and say no downloaded shows either. I will just watch those shows next monday. I have already noticed a difference of not turning the tv on. During dinner me and my girlfriend usually put on a movie or just put on the tv. I didn’t take it to the extreme last night, i cheated and i watched some Tivo’d Elizabeth I. But not anymore, the TV will be off. I usually put on the tv when i go to bed, but last night i did not. I forgot and i turned on the tv this morning for a second, because it is just ritual. But i quickly turned it off. Support TV Turn off week, and see how much TV is in your life. Turn off that TV! I was watching a movie on abc family, and the funniest commercial came on. It was a Hanes commercial. Hanes commercials usually don’t make me laugh, but this one was just to funny. It is a commercial with Kevin Bacon and Michael Jordan, Where Kevin tries to make a shot, and Jordon blocks every shot that Kevin makes. I found it online on there website at http://www.hanes.com/HanesCommerce/en-US/Explore.htm. And then you have to scroll to the right some and you can watch this commercial. I am glad that Hanes puts there commercials online, i wish that more companies would do this.

I somehow got Influenza again, so if your counting thats me getting the flu twice this year. The first time i got the flu my body was aching for about one week, and then i got a cold because of it, that went away two months later. Did you know that the flu kills about 36,000 people a year. I couldn’t find for sure but i bet thats because they got something else because of the flu. But anyways, thats a lot of people dying because of some stupid disease.

I was told that you can’t get the same flu twice. Your body learns how to protect your body from that flu, so it can’t touch you. But a little bit different strain can. When you get a flu shot, that shot only protects you from %80 of the flu that season. The best time to get a flu shot is in november or october.

I got the flu and a couple of days later i got a little present and now i am getting a runny nose. Posting is going to be a little less sparse until i can think better or get the energy to write something.
