I first saw the sweater not in mammoth, but around school. I would see kids in middle school wearing them. I didn’t know about cool back then, so this was my first resemblance of it. I didn’t think that the kids who were wearing them were cool. I thought that the sweaters were bad ass. I remember that I wanted to get one so bad the next time we went up. I wanted the old school grey with the red inside of the mammoth letters on the arms. It was really expensive is what I remember also, It was something like $60 dollars. Which doesn’t seem much today, but to a kid who didn’t have a job, this was a lot. I also remember that Pam didn’t want to get it for me, it was too expensive is what she said. But as a kid, she finally caved, or I asked Bill to get it for me.

Wearing the sweater was like, ya, I am part of the crew. I know whats up. I would wear it to the local mountains to let everyone know that I skied mammoth. I first started skiing in my day, then when I was 13 tried snowboarding and was forever hooked. But still, everyone knew that I was amazing because I wore that Mammoth Mountain sweater. And I would see people wearing that sweater and we had something to talk about forever.

I still wear both of my Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain sweaters all the time. I was recently working with a fellow who saw me wearing that sweater and said to me, Hey you go to mammoth? Yeah, I replied, and we were friends from then on. He told me he runs Mammoth Bus trips every season and that I should go along.

I think next time I go up I will get another one to add to the collection. I would probably just get Red again anyways.

(I just went to the web store that they have and they now have Woolly Mammoth’s that are snowboarding. Even though i snowboard now, I will still stick to the skiing one)

I didn’t take an after picture, but she did a great job of putting them up. I will take some the next time i am there. The house is going to look great when it is finally done.

Its not really new. This was my old bike from when i was 10-13 years old. It used to be my street bike, i would ride around town in this thing. I used it once at the BMX finals cause on my way there, my BMX bike flew off the roof of the car and got run over by a Van.

So i had to use the GT, in the BMX finals. It was the last time I ever did BMX, because the track closed down. I lost that race also, this bike was pretty heavy to be a BMX bike.

I am going to keep it like it is for now, no grips~!

Step 7 is Have a Good Time!

I first read Kurt Vonnegut when i was in 9th grade. I wasn’t much of a reader at the time. I don’t remember reading any books before that, not even for school projects. I guess that you can say that i was kind of an outsider in Middle School, and for some reason my History teacher ( I can’t think of his name), Told me that i should read Kurt Vonnegut. Since this wasn’t a school project i went to the bookstore and stole me “Breakfast of Champions.”

I was completely hooked on reading from that point on.  I stole as many of his books that i could and as time went on where i had a job and could afford them i would buy the ones that i didn’t have. I read every one of his books in abot two years. Considering that i just started reading i thought that this was amazing.

I started to find out about other authors that i might like and reading all of there books. When i like a writer i will read all of his/her books. Just like movies, if i like somebodies movie i will see everything that they have ever done. But anyways, i would like to thank you Kurt Vonnegut, for getting me reading. You changed my life forever, there could have been a chance that i would have never read anything in my life. But because of my stupid History teacher in Middle School i started reading your Books.  You changed my life and I thank you for the great stories.

Everyone is always sceptical about round table at first, but by the end of the meal and you can’t eat another bite. Because you are both full and satisfied with the food that you just had. I was sceptical first about round table, but now i am a convert.

For my friends birthday we went all the way to the torrance round table. Me and all of my friends were just saying, why do we have to go to torrance for round table pizza? Isn’t there a dominos right around the corner? But we went because it was my friends birthday, and oh boy was it good. Afterwards we went to Cha Cha’s, which is about an hour away. If you don’t know there is a round table pizza right across the street from Cha Cha’s.

From now on thats our staple event, going to Round Table for some 6 dollar pitchers of Bud Light. Then walk across the street to Cha Cha’s for some more cheap drinking. I would recommend getting thin crust at the Table, then getting the Tecate at Cha Cha’s.

I was told that you can’t get the same flu twice. Your body learns how to protect your body from that flu, so it can’t touch you. But a little bit different strain can. When you get a flu shot, that shot only protects you from %80 of the flu that season. The best time to get a flu shot is in november or october.

I got the flu and a couple of days later i got a little present and now i am getting a runny nose. Posting is going to be a little less sparse until i can think better or get the energy to write something.
