Here is my Top Ten Songs listened to from iTunes from the year 2009.

I got this my creating a smart playlist in iTunes with the rules:

Surprising for me to see that there are only three songs that I didn’t pay for on the list. And those three are mashups or the like. Cale Parks just made the list these past weeks.

It was rumors and then now we know that it is true. The Spice Girls are back together again! I hope that i didn’t make my girlfriend throw out her Spice Girls hat, because she could wear it to the concert. It is also reported that there has been over 1,000,000 requests for tickets to the show. It works for everyone else, so why not go for it.

It is rumored that it took so long because Melanie C. had to give birth to Eddie Murphies child. Well after the DNA check and everything who knows.

How I Became the Bomb

I don’t know what website where i found out about ‘How I Became the Bomb’, but i am just happy that i have heard of them. The first thing that i am going to do when i get a job is to buy there cd from there website. I had messaged them on myspace about how much i like there music, and they wrote back a very nice letter. They don’t seem to be coming to Los Angeles very soon, but i hope that they have as good a stage presence as there music makes me want to shake my booty. I actually have been going to there myspace page everyday and listening to the track Secret Identity over and over again. Secret Identity is the Hit Track of the summer.

I hope that you like the song, and there other songs. If you live locally to them you can buy it at a cd store. But if your like the rest of us you have to buy it online from there website for a cheap $10. I would recommend that you go ahead and just buy it.

Moby at Avalon

URB Magazine celebrated its 15 years of existence by throwing a party all over the country. I was lucky enough to be invited to the Los Angeles event at the Avalon. the event featured Moby and Jason Bentley and others were scheduled to appear. We didn’t show up till about when Jason Bentley started to DJ. There wasn’t a lot of people there when i showed up. And there wasn’t a line or anything that i am used to seeing at the Avalon.

I have never seen Moby DJ, and i was happy that i got to see him do it for free. I don’t think that i would have payed money to see him DJ. I would only pay to see a few people DJ, and thats a very small list. I hadn’t been to a rave in years, and this felt just like that. Just with a high class vibe, An older high class vibe.

I wasn’t much feeling for Moby’s DJ skills, but he put on a few good records that would have gotten my booty shaking if i was on X or acid. We stayed up on the top floor and watched everything from above. As we are of the older generation and i don’t like getting bumped to much anymore. Moby played a Mylo cut and i was very happy about that. We left pretty early and we would have left sooner, but i wanted to heard one good Moby cut. So i made the decision after i went to the bathroom and one more record we are leaving, so that was it. Moby is boring, and i wouldn’t go see him DJ again.

Chinese Democracy this year says Axl Rose

According to Rolling Stone, Axl rose has been quoted as saying that Chinese Democracy will be coming out this year. Which i am very excited about, i have been waiting for Guns ‘N Roses to come out with an album since the last one. I have heard a few of the demos that have been circulating, and they sound pretty good. I just can’t wait for Axl to save rock and roll.
